What's the role?Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance of our underground mobile equipment fleet. This includes:

• Performing diagnostics, breakdown repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections.
• Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical faults to minimize downtime.
• Identifying correct parts, documenting work, and ensuring equipment is safe and operational.
• Supporting continuous improvement by identifying ways to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Maintaining clean and safe work areas and promoting a strong safety culture.

What are we looking for?

• 2–5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance (preferably in mining or construction).
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills across various mobile equipment.
• Familiarity with maintenance systems (e.g., Pronto or other CMMS) and basic computer literacy.
• Sound knowledge of MSHA regulations and commitment to safety.
• A team player with flexibility, initiative, and a proactive approach to work.
• Must pass a post offer physical and drug test, as well as a background check.

Working Conditions & Camp LifeThis position operates on a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotating schedule, alternating between day and night shifts of up to 12+ hours per day at our remote, high-performance Pogo mine site.You will be working in a challenging and dynamic environment that may include:

• Changing and extreme weather conditions
• Exposure to dust, mud, noise, artificial lighting, and confined spaces
• Varying visibility levels throughout underground and surface areas

During your roster, employees are required to reside on site at the company-provided camp. We ensure your comfort and well-being with:

• On-site amenities include gym, weight room, sauna, and recreation/games room
