The latest data from Business Insider shows that almost 50% of online shoppers visit Amazon first. The Search WPPO team is responsible for developing reinforcement learning systems for the next generation Amazon shopping experience and delivering it to millions of customers. We believe that shopping on Amazon should be simple, delightful, and full of WOW moments for EVERYONE, whether you are technically savvy or new to online shopping.As a BIE, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex data pipelines to process and analyze large-scale search interaction data
• Create comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools like QuickSight/Tableau for real-time monitoring
• Partner with Applied Scientists and Engineers to measure the effectiveness of ML models
• Build analytical frameworks to evaluate A/B test results
• Develop automated monitoring systems for business-critical metrics
• Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives with product, science, and engineering teams

The base pay for this position ranges from $89,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
