This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic sales growth, develop key partnerships, and remove barriers for our sales teams, all while working with one of the leading companies in digital health. The ideal candidate will bring experience in sales enablement, a deep understanding of the healthcare payer and employer markets, and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with both internal teams and external partners.What You'll AccomplishAccelerate pipeline growthCreate and maintain a successful partnership with client commercial teamsRemove barriers for our Hinge Health sales teams to create and advance opportunitiesEstablish relationship with client commercial leaders and SCE’s/SAE’s to be the main point of contact for all things related to partnership growthIdentify and execute on partnership expansion opportunitiesHinge Health Hybrid ModelWe believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week.Basic QualificationsExperience in Sales Enablement or Commercial OperationsStrong Knowledge of Healthcare and Payer MarketsExperience with CRM Tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Sales ReportingProven Track Record in Project Management and Strategic PlanningPreferred QualificationsExperience in Sales Enablement or Commercial OperationsAdvanced Data Analysis and Reporting SkillsUnderstanding of Sales Methodologies and Enablement ToolsCompensationThis position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits.
