Job title: Customer Enablement Architecture Engineer (Remote) in USA at GovCIO Company: GovCIO Job description: OverviewGovCIO is currently hiring a Customer Enablement Architecture Engineer to support Veterans Affairs operational needs. The candidate will analyze business processes, identify areas for improvements, and drive data-informed decisions, while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and resolve challenges. This position is fully remote within the United States.Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into initiatives, including workflow optimization and system enhancements.

• Post and communicate service interruption notifications to stakeholders in the event of unscheduled downtime, planned maintenance, or lagging system performance, ensuring transparency and timely updates.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that align with VA operational and strategic goals.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership for tracking and resolution of risks, issues, and backlog items.

• Maintain and enhance business processes through documentation, SOP development, and process mapping.

• Support the integration and use of tools such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, and other business applications.

• Lead business-related communications, including stakeholder management, marketing strategies, and team coordination.

QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 12+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of healthcare, finance, or technology industries.

• Experience with project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint).

• Experience with query-based exchange systems and enterprise reporting.
