Job description: Our Client, an EV Manufacturer company, is looking for a Data Entry Specialist for their Casa Grande, AZ location.Responsibilities:
- Enter and update employee data in Employee Central/Success Factors, including personal details, job information, compensation, and benefits.
- Monitor and process HR helpdesk tickets related to employee data, ensuring SLA resolution within 48 hours and appropriate documentation.
- Ensure 100% data accuracy by performing regular audits and cross-verifying entered information with source documents.
- Prepare mass upload files and perform data validation as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information, adhering to data security protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or relevant coursework is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central is required for this role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data entry with accuracy.
- Proficient in Jira ticket management, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data entry and record maintenance.
- Experience with HR Systems and background check systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
