- Identify and separate reusable components for resale or refurbishment.
- Maintain accurate records of disassembled parts and update inventory systems.
- Inspect parts for quality and functionality, ensuring compliance with resale or recycling standards.
- Assist in listing parts on e-commerce platforms (e.g., eBay, Amazon, company website).
- Follow safety guidelines and proper handling procedures for electronic waste.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize disassembly processes.
- Previous experience in electronics disassembly, IT asset disposition, or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and electronic components.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or hardware testing
