Workday Business Systems Consultant

As a workday business systems consultant, you'll support, enhance, and maintain our Finance systems to lead business system application process improvements and enhancements. In this role, you'll maintain relationships with vendors and internal business partners, create and maintain system documentation, understand and coordinate maintenance required for possible future enhancement, and submit and monitor problem tickets when issues arise. Additionally, you'll be responsible for system configuration, system integration, monthly upgrade monitoring, post-upgrade testing coordination, and road mapping future product and system changes. You'll also lead projects with higher complexity and risk. This is a remote position. Must-have qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years of experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)
- Workday System knowledge
- Experience supporting business system requirements
- Ability to analyze complex needs, communicate effectively, and influence others
- Strong prioritization and time-management abilities
- $77,100 - $102,800/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
