Meet the team:
The Patient Care Educator will be responsible to deliver virtual education to Patients and HCP. This role collaborates with partners in HCP Marketing to drive Dexcom CGM awareness.
Where you come in:
- You are dynamic and driven professional who is experienced in delivering virtual education and product information.
- You are a relationship-builder who creates lasting partnerships with key decision-makers and colleagues.
- You are a clinical expert who uses evidence-based insights to guide patients and providers toward adopting Dexcom products.
- You will provide education and training regarding all aspects of Dexcom CGM.
- You will be an experienced, confident virtual speaker, presenting to a wide variety of audiences with the ability to present to small and large groups.
What makes you successful:
- You have 5+ years of experience in Clinical Education, Clinical Sales or an equivalent role with a proven track record of success in Industry.
- You are a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist.
- You have a high level of business acumen and expert in delivering virtual education through Zoom, Teams, etc.
- You bring demonstrated success in exceeding KPIs and sales goals in customer service or sales roles.
- You have strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to effectively train and develop others.
- You are an excellent communicator and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- You have a high level of business acumen, professionalism, and sound judgment.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience.
Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
