Job Summary Hi-Tech PDR is currently looking for people with strong communication skills to join our team of remote workers... We'll provide you with training, knowledge and equipment so that you can provide the best possible customer service. Our Call Center is a fast paced work environment, we work closely with insurance companies as well as the insurance companies clients. We are currently looking for applicants with the ability to work independently, who are detail oriented, someone who is a SELF MOTIVATOR & SELF STARTER, MUST HAVE great communication skills, and who is quite dependable to join our team. Must be willing to work some weekends. Bilingual is a plus Applicants MUST have the following: Must reside in the following states: COLORADO, TEXAS, FLORIDA & ILLINOIS Must have AT LEAST TWO YEARS inbound/outbound call center experience. Must be able to handle 100 plus outbound calls per day Must be Proactive, motivated, outgoing and prompt Must have a SUITABLE work space in a quiet "work area" Must be Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Email and able to use a multi-line phone system Responsibilities and Duties Agents will make several outbound calls to customers on behalf of the customers insurance company Once an agent has initiated contact with the customer they will log all necessary information into multiple software programs Agents will also receive inbound calls from customers, which they will follow the same steps as above Qualifications and Skills 24 months inbound/outbound call center experience. High School Graduate Fluent English Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Pay: From $15.50 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Rotating weekends
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • English (Required)

Shift availability:

  • Night Shift (Preferred)
