Role Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. • Answer and direct phone calls and emails. • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. • Coordinate meetings and manage conference room bookings. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. • Maintain filing systems and organize documents. • Assist with data entry and record keeping. • Arrange travel and accommodations for staff. • Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies and running errands. Skills and Experience: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks. • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently. • Experience with office equipment (phones, printers, etc.). • Basic knowledge of office procedures and protocols. • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information. • Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
