Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPart-time-time Remote Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - California - Fully RemoteWork with Willow is working with a client that is looking for remote Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, and have experience working with children, adults, and families.The primary responsibility of this position is to provide counseling to a diverse range of populations. The LCSW will work with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and provide support and guidance. The LCSW will also work with other members of the treatment team to coordinate care and ensure that clients receive the services they need.The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in social work from an accredited program, and be licensed as an LCSW in the state of California. The candidate will also have experience working with kids, adults, and families, and have a strong understanding of the challenges that they face. The candidate will be a compassionate and patient individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.This is a part-time, remote position. Flexible hours and schedule. The LCSW will also be provided with ongoing training and support.
