We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer to support our internal RevOps function. This role will be pivotal in managing and optimizing our data infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of revenue-related processes, and providing critical insights through data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing revenue operations data infrastructure in fast-growing scaleups. Responsibilities: • Support and improve technical data-based revenue operations capabilities that drive efficiency across our GTM functions. • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and analytics to support decision-making. • Administer, iterate, and potentially implement various architectural components of our RevOps platform. • Build data structure and architecture which is required for reporting on business performance • Collaborate and consult with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align on revenue goals and reporting needs. • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS scaling-up product company • 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, revenue operations, or a related field, especially in relation to commercial performance KPIs • Proven proficiency with Google Cloud or AWS for data storage, processing, and management. • Advanced knowledge of Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation. • Experience with Google Big Query (or similar) for large-scale data warehousing and querying. • Proven experience in managing data pipelines and infrastructure in a rapidly scaling environment. • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver data-driven insights.
