They are mainly focused on using the Shopify platform and they are proud to be the #1 Shopify expert in Sweden. We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for managing the clients' e-commerce needs. You need to ensure that everything is running smoothly and that the quality of work reaches their standards. You will have a chance to surround yourself with an international team. Your clients will be mostly Swedish and from Nordic countries. You will work directly with Enterprise Technical Sales Departments. Responsibilities • Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress • Be the main contact person for clients • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met • Communicate with your team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects • For assigned projects, be responsible for the delivery of the projects scope within agreed time and budget Requirements: • Good understanding of Word, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL, Sketch, and Shopify • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Learns quickly and independently; seeks opportunities to extend and deepen learning • Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to changes in priorities • Strong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills • Ability to understand the big picture • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
