Key Responsibilities • Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as required. • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and respect. • Verify information provided by third-party sources by utilizing online databases for accurate cross-verification. • Review and fulfill enrichment tasks as outlined by the client during training sessions. • Conduct data entry, verify vendor resources, check board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for updates. • Ensure the timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of all tasks. • Be receptive to additional responsibilities as needed. Required Skills • Willingness to participate in both voice and non-voice processes. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to adapt and manage changes in processes and information effectively. • Capacity to work both independently and as a collaborative team member. • Proficiency in computer usage and technology is advantageous. Qualifications • Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or comparable customer service roles is preferred. • Availability to commit to 40 hours per week, with the ability to start immediately. • Must possess a reliable work-from-home setup, including a stable internet connection.
