We are currently looking for an awesome new colleague to join our team. The role involves helping us deliver great customer service across the globe, balancing efficiency and quality, while also coordinating administrative tasks. We are currently looking for an awesome new colleague based in a GMT+5, +6, +7 / GMT+8 time zone, with at least 3 hours of overlap with working hours in our office in Denmark. The role involves helping us deliver great customer service across the globe, balancing efficiency and quality. YouÂll be our AI partner-in-crime, testing our AI tools, answering in different languages and working together to improve our AI set up and enhance efficiency. Your responsibilities : Delivering a 5-star experience to our customers via Email & Phone ?? ? Supporting multiple languages thanks to our AI-powered translation tools, allowing us to break the language barrier and communicate effectively with customers worldwide ?? Testing our AI tools, collaborating on optimizing our AI tools to improve workflows and agents efficiency. The job requires approx. 20 per week. More during high season (Black Friday and Christmas). To succeed in this role, you will need: Fluent English: You must speak and write English at a native level, ensuring flawless communication with us and our our customers Time Zone Fit: You are based in a GMT+6, +7, or +8 time zone, and can overlap at least 3 hours with our office hours in Denmark Customer Service Experience: You have relevant experience in customer service and a strong understanding of how to handle customer inquiries and issues Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: You will open to become a master of our platforms and AI tools, and have a reporting mindset to spot opportunities for improvement Essential Equipment: You have the right tools, including at least one large screen (1920x1080 resolution minimum) or two screens, a headset, and a stable internet connection What we offer : - A Smooth Onboarding : We've got your back from day one, providing you with all the necessary training and support to excel in your role ?? - Meetings and Workshops to know about our latest happenings, strategies and to level up your skills and knowledge - A great team spirit with super nice colleagues from all over the world.
