Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies. Required Skills: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance capacity. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with candidates and clients. Strong ability to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
