Full Time IT Tech Customer Support Position Job Description We are looking for a full-time IT Tech Customer Support specialist to join our team. This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service and technical skills to help our customers with their technical inquiries. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve customer issues quickly. Responsibilities: • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat. • Identify customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service. • Monitor customer inquiries and respond to customer inquiries promptly. • Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. • Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed. • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel. • Provide technical guidance and training to customers on products and services. • Maintain a knowledge base of current and upcoming products. • Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures. • Assist in the development of customer service training programs. • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service initiatives. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies. • Participate in customer service meetings and training. Requirements: • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. • Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, systems, and networks. • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving. • Outstanding customer service and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
