Job Description: We are looking for a talented TikTok Content Specialist to create and manage compelling content that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate is not only well-versed in the latest TikTok trends and features but also has a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the platform's unique dynamics. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with Cier... Jewelry’s brand identity and marketing goals. • Create, edit, and publish engaging videos that highlight our jewelry collections, craftsmanship, and brand story. • Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant. • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate TikTok content with broader marketing campaigns. • Engage with the TikTok community by responding to comments, participating in trends, and interacting with influencers and followers. • Analyze and report on the performance of TikTok content, using insights to optimize future videos and strategies. • Experiment with new content formats and ideas to continually innovate and attract new followers. Qualifications: • Proven experience creating content for TikTok, either personally or professionally. • Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, features, and trends. • Exceptional video editing skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of the jewelry or fashion industry is a plus.
