Summary The UiPath/RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions using UiPath tools. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of enterprise infrastructure to integrate automation solutions seamlessly with existing systems. This is a remote work at home opportunity in the US. (Central Time Zone hours) We can sponsor H1B candidates but cannot consider C2C resources. Key Responsibilities: ┬Ľ Provide technical leadership in designing and developing automation solutions that interact with IMAP inboxes, SQL databases, webpages, REST APIs, and machine learning skills in UiPath AI Center. ┬Ľ Review and enforce coding standards for citizen developers and publish projects for both attended and unattended automation. ┬Ľ Administer standalone Windows Server environments, including licenses, user access, and monitoring of Orchestrators. ┬Ľ Manage Microsoft SQL Server instances and databases. ┬Ľ Prioritize workload and effectively communicate progress with management and internal customers. Must-Have Qualifications: ┬Ľ Must have at least 8 years of IT experience. ┬Ľ Minimum of 3 years of experience in UiPath development. ┬Ľ Proficient in SQL, HTML, and other automation/workflow/RPA software. ┬Ľ Strong analytical skills to understand and address complex issues quickly. ┬Ľ UiPath Professional-level Certification or equivalent experience. Good-to-Have Skills: ┬Ľ Experience in UiPath server administration and Microsoft SQL Server administration. ┬Ľ Knowledge of Python, APIs, ETL tools, data analytics platforms (like Tableau), virtual machines (VMs), IMAP, and CyberArk. Desired skills: ┬Ľ Extensive hands-on experience with UiPath tools, including Studio, Robots, Orchestrator, Action Center, AI Center, and Document Understanding. ┬Ľ Advanced understanding of UiPath platform capabilities. ┬Ľ Ability to take ownership of issues, demonstrating creativity and persistence in problem-solving. Salary: The on-target earnings range is $ 91,457 - $137,186. which includes a base salary and incentives that align with company and individual performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
