Requirements – Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. – Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. – Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications. – Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. – Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think on your feet. – High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work. – Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
