Job Summary: Position for various levels for experience including Fellow: Under limited supervision, define and clearly articulate requirements (user stories) and acceptance criteria (user cases). Responsible for providing program/project planning and management across multiple stakeholder groups to support standing up a new decision analytics organization for Enterprise demand and capacity management. Driving change and implementing processes across multiple groups to implement a systematic and data-driven approach to demand management analytics, centralizing and consolidating insights and facts to enhance business decision making to deliver value. Responsibilities – • Ensures that business priorities are visible, established, and communicated • Works with minimal management supervision to maintain progress and accomplish project goals. • Builds and leverages solid working relationships with stakeholders • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills. • Knowledge of standard program and financial management techniques. • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Working knowledge of data analytics tools and environments including but not limited to PowerBi, SQL, Azure Skills – • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. • Experience with data integration and business intelligence applications • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • QDM Certification is a plus Domicile Information: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business needs. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent. Business Product Analyst II Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent. Minimum Experience Two (2) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment. Business Product Analyst III Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent. Minimum Experience Four (4) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment. Business Product Analyst Advisor Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent. Minimum Experience Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment. Business Product Analyst Principal Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: ?? ??
