Key Responsibilities: Lead and Innovate: Oversee the design and development of data pipelines, solutions, and end-to-end data architecture to support our business needs. Technical Expertise: Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex concepts into actionable insights. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 12 years in data engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Expertise: Proven experience in data strategy, architecture, and MDM implementation. Technical Skills: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS) and big data technologies. Leadership: Strong leadership abilities with a track record of guiding and motivating high-performing teams. Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Agile/Scrum: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
