Must be a resident of Georgia Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries over the phone 2. Assisting customers with booking flights and changing reservations 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner 4. Providing information on Delta Airline policies and procedures 5. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times 6.
