Join our team as a Home-Based Chat Support Representative and start assisting customers from anywhere! This entry-level position is perfect for those comfortable with written English and looking for a non-voice role. Your tasks will include responding to customer queries via live chat, providing information, offering discounts, and escalating issues when necessary. YouÂll need to be attentive... helpful, and ready to provide solutions to enhance customer experiences. What you will be doing: Live chat agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Contract length: No fixed term. Rate: $35 per hour. Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection. Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
