SMS Management Consultants is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. This fully remote role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your recruiting skills while supporting our clients in the healthcare industry. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a key role in connecting qualified healthcare professionals with top organizations in the field. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various healthcare positions, including nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to fully understand their needs and expectations. Conduct phone and video interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Create and post compelling job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms. Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records of applicants and job postings using recruitment databases and systems. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred but not required). A strong interest in healthcare recruitment and staffing. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Previous recruitment or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
