Microsoft is currently seeking a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic remote team. Provide excellent customer service to Microsoft users via chat, email, and phone. ? Troubleshoot technical issues, guiding users through solutions and ensuring satisfaction. ? Record and track customer issues in our internal system. ? Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer inquiries. ? Stay up-to-date with product updates and new Microsoft features. Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. ? At least 1 year of customer service or technical support experience. ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Familiarity with Microsoft products (Windows, Office Suite) is a plus. ? Availability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible shifts.
