Job Overview We are seeking a committed and empathetic Teacher of the Visually Impaired to join our esteemed team and provide remote educational support to PreK-12 students. This independent contractor opportunity offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while making a significant impact on the lives of students with visual impairments. Key Responsibilities  Design and deliver online lessons tailored to the individual needs of each student.  Conduct assessments and implement necessary accommodations to facilitate student success.  Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and school personnel to ensure a comprehensive approach to student development and achievement. Required Skills  Strong communication and collaboration skills.  Proven experience in working with visually impaired students within educational environments.  Bilingual proficiency is advantageous. Qualifications  Master's degree in Visual Impairments Education or a related field.  State certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired.  Demonstrated experience in educational settings with visually impaired students.
