[Remote-Position] REMOTE Outpatient Therapist - Young

Overview Salary: $92,000+ • Offered salary can vary, depending on licensure and experience. Specialties include, anxiety, depression, ADHD, LGBTQIA+ Affirmative therapy, personality disorders, and many more. We also offer TMS services in many locations when clinically indicated. We Open Doors to Total Health - Be Part of the Team - • Environment - National presence with Local Market Coverage providing patient access to a student population in an Outpatient Setting. • Admin Support - Full Front Office staff to support all administrative needs, including scheduling and managing of all client communication with providers. • Day-to-Day - Practice model is typically Monday-Friday seeing an average of 6 patients per day - College Student and staff population only! • Benefits - Full benefits as a W2 employee working full-time - opportunity for CME allowance, Paid Malpractice Insurance with Tail, Paid Company Holidays, 401k, Paid Parental/Maternity Leave, Sign-on Bonus & Relocation Assistance. • Compensation - market-based competitive salary with additional earning potential. Responsibilities • Provide initial assessments, check-ins, and offer appropriate referrals within Mindpath • Supporting patients through assessments of their current mental state • Identify areas of concern and develop a plan of therapeutic treatment • Collaborate when necessary for best patient care and experience • Must be willing and capable of providing treatment for the following: Mental Health Consultation, Adjustment Disorder, Greif/Loss, Anxiety, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Depression, Panic Attacks/Disorders, Personality Disorders, Stress / Stress Management, and Trauma/PTSD. Qualifications • Current California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC License • Excellent verbal / written communication skills - timely notes and documentation Mindpath Health is an equal opportunity employer.
