Remote Outbound Call Center Representative
Job Title: Remote Outbound Call Center Representative Pay: $17/hour + Performance Bonuses Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM PST Location: Fully Remote About Us: We are a fast-growing company seeking experienced professionals for a fully remote outbound call center role. If you have at least 1 year of outbound call center experience, are goal-oriented, and excel in remote environments, we want you on our team! Responsibilities:
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily using scripts or guidelines to connect with prospects and customers.
- Build rapport, handle objections professionally, and promote company products/services effectively.
- Meet or exceed performance goals (call volume and conversions).
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up with leads.
- Work independently while staying organized and motivated in a remote setup.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of outbound call center experience.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working remotely with a distraction-free workspace.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer tools.
- Resilience in overcoming objections and maintaining professionalism.
