Job Title: School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Fremont, CA (K-12 Caseload) Employment Type: Full-Time Now Hiring! We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with K-12 students, supporting them through behavior interventions and fostering a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for K-12 students, identifying target behaviors and developing personalized intervention strategies. • Create, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to address student behavior concerns. • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to provide behavioral support and ensure successful implementation of interventions. • Participate in IEP meetings to discuss behavior plans, goals, and student progress. • Provide training and guidance to school personnel on effective behavior management techniques. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on student progress and behavioral data. • Adjust intervention plans based on ongoing monitoring and student outcomes.
