Process offer letters, background screenings, and onboarding for new hires What Is Required (Qualifications) ? Degree in human resources, management, communication studies, or related field ? 1 or more years of experience in recruiting positions ? Understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines and laws ? Experience with an ATS system, ClearCompany experience is a plus ?
