Elevati Infotech Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with experience in the logistics domain. This is a remote position requiring availability from Saturday to Wednesday, with weekly offs on Thursday and Friday. The candidate must be comfortable working either a 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM shift or a 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM shift, based on business needs Roles & Responsibilities • Preprocess and clean data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability. • Analyze logistics data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. • Create and maintain SQL queries for efficient data extraction, manipulation, and reporting. • Design and manage dashboards and reports using advanced Excel features (e.g., Pivot Tables, Macros). • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions. • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics (KPIs) to support decision-making. • Present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills • Proficiency in data preprocessing and preparation for analysis. • Strong expertise in SQL for database querying and management. • Advanced skills in Excel, including automation using Macros. • Hands-on experience in data analysis with a focus on actionable insights. • Knowledge of statistical methods and data visualization techniques. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in the logistics domain and familiarity with supply chain processes. • Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. • Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R for advanced analytics. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
