Job Title: Outbound Healthcare Representative - Remote Job Overview We are in search of empathetic and motivated Outbound Healthcare Representatives to become an integral part of our remote customer service team. In this capacity, you will serve as the voice of our healthcare solutions, assisting callers in comprehending the advantages of early health screenings and the array of services we offer. Your skills in engaging, educating, and recommending services will play a pivotal role in enhancing the health and overall quality of life for our clients. Key Responsibilities • Gather and analyze pertinent health information to evaluate specific health risks. • Inform callers about the significance of early health screenings that aid in the prevention and early detection of chronic or severe health issues, thereby improving health outcomes. • Employ a consultative sales strategy to propose services, convert leads, and achieve set sales targets. • Arrange screening appointments and facilitate payment processing via phone. • Discuss various screening options and assist customers in selecting the most suitable package based on their health risks. • Promote additional services as appropriate and ensure secure payment methods, particularly focusing on pre-paid appointments. Required Skills • Exceptional phone etiquette and a strong consultative sales approach. • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center environment. • A competitive mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed performance and sales goals. • Robust communication and interpersonal skills. • Capacity to educate and engage effectively with clients. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent is required (physical copy); some college education is preferred.
