What You Will Do As a Data Analyst in our Data Science Consulting team, you will play a vital role in providing support to our client agency. You will be tasked with utilizing data science techniques and predictive modeling to assist the client in various initiatives related to financial, budgetary, administrative, and management issues. This includes collaborating with both the UN system and a... wide range of non-UN organizations, fostering U.S. citizen employment in international organizations through public outreach and diplomatic engagement. Your primary responsibility will involve supporting the development of a data tool that combines business rules, programmed logic, and machine learning capabilities. This tool will aid in identifying areas for review and potentially problematic language in draft resolutions, empowering the client to make informed decisions and streamline their processes effectively. What You Will Need ??An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance ??Bachelor's Degree ??At least three years of professional experience working with data What Would Be Nice To Have ??Proficiency in performing data science and predictive modeling using Python or R ??Experience in designing and maintaining SQL Server databases or with database administration ??Experience supporting Federal National Security organizations ??Ability to analyze large and complex datasets (structured and unstructured) and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis ??Proficiency in data wrangling, cleaning, and analysis using Python, R, or SQL ??Experience developing and deploying machine learning models in Python ??Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences ??Strong consulting skills, including identifying and addressing client needs and driving initiatives forward ??Ability to support business development efforts including RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses, as well as white paper creation ??Ability to operate successfully on remote projects and support hybrid on-site projects in the DC metro area What We Offer At the company, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package designed to support our employees' diverse needs.
