Responsibilities Under minimal supervision, manages multiple large projects and programs of a complex nature by overseeing the activities of cross-functional project teams, consisting of personnel from multiple departments, facilities, and/or the entire Norton Healthcare enterprise. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project. Coaches associate and/or intermediate project managers as requested. Serves as a project management instructor. Performs project recovery efforts. Key Accountabilities: • Proactively escalates issues and roadblocks as necessary to keep the project on track. • Monitors the project budget and addresses variances as needed. • Serves as the focal point for project management regarding the status of the project for all project stakeholders and ensures tasks are completed on time. • Manages assigned projects and programs in a matrix environment and produces project management deliverables with... a very high level of quality. • Serves as a project management champion by actively supporting and driving project management best practices throughout the organization. This position offers a fully remote work opportunity.
