Opportunity: 6-month contract (with likely extensions) Pay: $19/hour Location: Remote (must sit in NC) Schedule: Monday-Friday 11-3 Responsibilities: Â Answer incoming calls according to established procedures and performance standards. Â Create work orders and capture structured data for each issue in order to provide audit trails and statistical analysis. Â Process and respond to emails according to standard procedures. Â Perform other team-specific tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Â BachelorÂs degree preferred. Â Effective oral and written communication skills. Â Payroll processing knowledge preferred.
