Customer Service Advisor - Customer Services Permanent Part time – 30 hours per week Tuesday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00 Band 5 (SCP14 - 18) £27,334 - £29,269 per annum pro rata Closing Date for accepting applications: 20th November 2024 (Starting salary dependent upon skills and qualifications, progression subject to satisfactory performance) Brentwood Borough Council and Rochford District Council have come together to form a strategic partnership, known as OneTeam.  The purpose of which is to create a unified Officer team which will share knowledge, experience, and projects for the overall benefit of both Councils, developing unified ways of working including common policy and processes. This post will be required to work at both councils’ premises at Rochford District Council and Brentwood Borough Council.  You may reasonably be required to work at any other of the Councils’ premises as required to meet the needs of the service. Our Customer Services team handle all contact into both Councils via multiple channels and offer an excellent first point of contact for our customers.
