Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Entry Specialist to join our innovative team remotely. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing logistics data and facilitating effective communication between our vendors and internal departments. Key Responsibilities • Accurately maintain and update logistics data for designated vendors in a timely manner. • Identify and resolve challenges related to vendor or local deliveries. • Engage in clear communication with vendors to address issues and modify delivery schedules as necessary. • Escalate complex challenges to supervisors for prompt resolution. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rectify any inaccuracies in merchant data. • Collect item-level data from merchants and ensure alignment with internal item numbers and descriptions. Required Skills • Exceptional attention to detail along with outstanding organizational abilities. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively in a dynamic environment. • Prior experience in data entry, logistics, or supply chain coordination is advantageous but not mandatory.
