Job Overview As a Livechat Support Representative, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer support to our small business clientele. Your role will involve addressing a range of general and technical inquiries through various channels, including phone (inbound and outbound), email, and live chat. You will also contribute to the onboarding process for new customers and generate... important reports and statements, facilitating a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities • Respond to both general and technical customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. • Assist in the onboarding of new customers to ensure a smooth transition. • Generate reports and statements for customers as required. • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring accuracy in your approach. • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and feedback to support ongoing service improvement.
