Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. 7. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. ### Responsibilities 1. Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. 2. Provide information about flight schedules, bookings, and policies. 3. Assist customers with booking and rebooking flights. 4. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. 6. Participate in regular training sessions. 7.
