As our Remote Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our mid-sized manufacturing plant. Your focus will be on technical roles, ensuring that we find skilled professionals who can contribute to our growth and success. This position is part-time and fully remote. Responsibilities... • Job Postings and Sourcing: • Write and post technical job descriptions on relevant platforms. • Source potential candidates from niche job boards, social media, and other channels. • Candidate Screening: • Review resumes and screen candidates based on specialized technical skills. • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit. • Interview Coordination: • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. • Provide timely feedback to candidates. • Relationship Building: • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers. • Understand staffing needs and collaborate on recruitment plans. • Process Improvement: • Offer new ideas and strategies to enhance our recruitment process. • Continuously improve sourcing and selection methods. Requirements: • Experience: Previous experience as a recruiter is essential. • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical roles (e.g., engineers, technicians, machine operators). • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Results-Driven: Motivated to fill positions efficiently and effectively.
