As a Chat Assistant, you will report to our Customer Success Manager, and work on a variety of projects, supporting a best-in-class online platform. This is an entry-level position on a rapidly growing team, offering a chance to make an impact on the customer experience and grow the business. Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
