Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.)  Adhere to processes and meet or exceed key performance indicators for installations  Continually refine installation processes and ensure modification of process flows is submitted through proper channels and documented  Identify ILEC, vendor, or internal issues and work to achieve resolution  Identify new requirements, impairments, or design flaws to Network Architecture/Engineering  Monitor departmentÂs ability to perform required tasks through changes such as new markets, systems, responsibilities, or designs  Must be able to perform all duties of a Service Activations Engineer as follows:  Test and acceptance of customer circuits  Drive field installations by coordinating installation techs, ILEC resources, and customer vendors to achieve successful implementation of services  Perform moves, adds, changes, and disconnects for the existing customer base  Provision network elements for installations and MACDs  Escalate troubles to vendors/service providers when appropriate  Oversee development and delivery of training  Maintain a single knowledge base  Oversee development of processes and systems enhancements for new product rollouts  Provide upskill training to Support org  Increase install capacity through efficiency and tool improvements Apply Job!Â
