Key Responsibilities
Member Assistance: Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, or live chats from members seeking product information, order assistance, or service details. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve concerns related to online orders, membership accounts, billing, or technical issues. Communication: Provide clear and concise explanations, follow up on unresolved issues, and maintain effective communication with both members and internal teams. Qualifications & Skills Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant coursework is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail environment preferred. Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with computers, online chat tools, and CRM platforms. A reliable high-speed internet connection and a home office setup are essential. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening abilities. Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically, remain calm under pressure, and use sound judgment to address member concerns. Teamwork: Works well with remote teams; able to collaborate and escalate issues when necessary.
