POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Position: Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative Compensation: $16.00/hr. Weekly Pay + Benefits

Start Date: July 2025 Schedule/Shift: Monday through Saturday; 8a-10p EST.

  • Must be able to work ANY 8 hour. shift between 8a-10p EST hours AND be available to work Saturdays.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Accept and manage high volume inbound calls.
  • Conduct outbound calls, depending on department needs.
  • Provide accurate information to the patient and or the healthcare provider.
  • Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.
  • Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
  • Follow a call script.
  • Assist callers with information and status of their application.
  • Multitask between several internal system programs.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.

WHAT YOU HAVE AND WHO YOU ARE

  • Must have 1 year or more of recent experience in a call center (NO EXCEPTIONS).
  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
  • Adhere to all company required KPI'S.
  • Quiet workstation with High-Speed Internet and Modem access REQUIRED.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Active listening and problem-solving ability.
  • Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, navigating systems).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • HS Diploma/Equivalent.
