Key Responsibilities: - Educate AI systems by providing detailed guidance on compliance protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. - Simulate real-world compliance evaluation scenarios and risk assessments to enhance AI learning and responsiveness. - Collaborate with technical teams to integrate compliance insights into model development and decision-making processes. - Continuously update and refine compliance documentation to reflect evolving regulatory landscapes. - Monitor and assess AI model outputs for alignment with legal, ethical, and organizational standards. - Participate in internal audits and contribute to the creation of robust compliance monitoring tools and processes. - Serve as a subject matter expert, addressing compliance-related queries and creating training materials.] Qualifications: - Demonstrated experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field, with a strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex regulatory concepts clearly and effectively. - Proven ability to conduct audits, risk assessments, and policy evaluations. - Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. - Experience working cross-functionally in diverse or distributed teams. - Ability to adapt to rapidly changing regulatory environments. - High ethical standards and a commitment to fostering responsible AI practices. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience educating or advising on compliance in technology, fintech, or AI-driven environments. - Certifications in compliance, risk management, or related disciplines (e.g., CRCM, CCEP, CAMS). - Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data science regulatory considerations.
