MID-LEVEL IT SUPPORT ANALYST (FOCUS ON DYNAMICS 365)
Join Bosch and Shape the Future. Review support tickets, triage and investigate. Apply solutions where possible, escalate to 3rd parties if needed and ensure tickets meet SLA’s. Work closely with support/functional teams in UK/Portuguese teams to ensure handovers are performed correctly.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Business Administration, or similar areas
- Experience ideally at functional consultant and/or developer level in dynamics 365
- Good competence in Dynamics 365 customer service module
- Advanced English
