As our AI & Automation Business Analyst, you’ll be the bridge between our business teams and developers, ensuring seamless delivery of tech-driven improvements across our internal systems and client-facing tools.

• Lead end-to-end business process reviews and digital transformation initiatives
• Gather and analyze requirements to design automation and AI-powered solutions
• Work with developers to deploy integrations, logic-based workflows, and LLM tools
• Document workflows, SOPs, and user guides for easy adoption
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setup (planning, retros, QA, etc.)

Requirements

3+ years as a Business Analyst in a tech-enabled environment

Familiar with tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier

Strong grasp of AI/LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, AutoGPT, LangChain)

Proficient in process mapping tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or BPMN

Excellent communicator who can work with both technical and non-tech teams

Bonus: Background in prompt engineering or automation logic design
