Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total experience: 6+ years
  • Extensive experience in SAP CPQ implementation and support.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions.
  • Deep understanding of quote-to-cash and sales processes.
  • Hands-on experience integrating SAP CPQ with SAP Commerce, SAP Sales Cloud, and/or S/4HANA.
  • Proficiency in configuring product models, pricing rules, discount structures, and approval workflows.
  • Experience in customizing quote templates, UI enhancements, and scripting.
  • Familiarity with API-based integrations with SAP and third-party systems.
  • Skilled in data migration, user role management, and environment setup.
  • Strong testing experience including unit testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
  • Ability to document functional and technical designs aligned with SAP best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of SAP CPQ solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to map and optimize quote-to-cash processes.
  • Configure and maintain CPQ components including product catalogs, pricing, and workflows.
  • Customize and enhance user interfaces and quote templates.
  • Integrate SAP CPQ with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP Sales Cloud, and other systems.
  • Manage data migration, user access, and system environments.
  • Conduct testing cycles, support UAT, and drive issue resolution.
  • Provide post-go-live support, training, and enablement to users.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with SAP standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
