Unilever Leadership Internship Program (ULIP) is 6 months internship program designed to prepare future Unilever talents through challenging projects. ULIP give you an opportunity to see the business and experience with a very supportive learning environment and direct professional development from Unilever leaders. By the end of the program, you are expected to be a talent ready with a strong leadership impact.

Functions you can choose:

• Finance (for candidates from Finance or Accounting majors)

• Supply Chain (for candidates come from Engineering related majors)

• IT & Data Analytic (for candidate come from IT or D&A related majors/experiences)

• Human Resources (any majors)

• Marketing & Customer Market Insight (any majors)

• Customer Development (any majors)

• Communication (any majors)

Candidate Criteria

• Final year student or fresh graduate.

• Indonesian Citizenship

• Min. Bachelor Degree with GPA min 3.30.

• Have strong leadership capability, active in organization, and passion to work in FMCG

• Available for full-time internship start from 18 August - 17 February 2025 (6 months)

Recruitment Timeline

• Due Date Application: 23 June - 6 July 2025

• Selection Process: July - August 2025

• Joining Date: 18 August 2025
